I have never tried these before, but I'm always up for something new. I'm thinking of making these, but I want to get someone's opinion first on what they're like. The recipe seems simple enough, and I was really expecting some other kind of ingredients in there.

Hi! there´s a good recipe for the egg tarts. Make plenty, they are delicious! I am from Hong Kong and I should know. My mother used to bake them all the time. Regards!
