Microbreweries have now been allowed by some States in India. We at Sino Trade Corporation Ltd. offer excellent microbreweries beer equipment with PLC touch type process control system on turnkey basis with complete plant installation and commissioning, training to your staff in equipment installation and handling, beer brewing process, sanitation and hygeine. We have recently installed and commissioned a microbrewery in India's first brewpub at Galaxy hotel in Gurgaon, behind 32nd Milestone. The brew pub will be open to public in early November.

What would be the difference between the products coming from Microbreweries and for major companies? Both would still intoxicate yourself. I don't like drinking at all.

Microbreweries will most likely have a distinct tastes than other major breweries out there.

Queen, that's a good point, we wouldn't want to see you intoxicated either...a better point is why drink craft beer? craft beer in the USA and EU (proved by its multi-billion dollar market, 10% market share, 1, 100 breweries and creation of thousands of jobs) should have a unique, fresh, distinct taste that you could not easily forget. The closest you can come in india right now is not in the new micro/brewpubs but in the european imported craft beer such as chimay, saison dupont, schneider, and others.

Usually these Microbreweries tastes better or can compete better than the major microbrewery players. What is great about small or microbreweries is that they can still develop and improve the taste of their products unlike the traditional breweries which offers almost the same taste of products over and over again.

A lot of times the Microbreweries are your hometown beer. You know who makes them and they'll be tasting a lot better too, unlike major companies products that sit in warehouses for a while before they get to you. • Page 1 (Original Post) •
