The BCP once again raise the standards of culinary excellence by bringing together 10 master Chefs to create a gastronomical feast. There will be 7 of Bali’s Leading Chefs together with 3 specially flown in guest chefs combining their talents to produce a spectacular evening of fine foods, wines and champagnes.

Presenting 10 Culinary Stars:

Made Putra – The Laguna Resort & Spa, Raymond Saja – Di Mare restaurant, Stephen Wright – The Legian, Torston Schubert – The Samaya, Scott Webster – Australian Culinary Consultants, Australia, Chris Salans – Mozaic, Jean Charles Dubois – Raffles Grill, Raffles Hotel, Singapore, Dean Kedell – The Ritz Carlton Resort & Spa, Andreas Gillar – Bali Bakery

Benty Diwansyah – Tulip Chocolates, Jakarta

The signature dishes of these star Chefs will be paired with a selection of award winning wines and champagne from around the globe.

This culinary evening will also give you the opportunity to see just how these magicians of the kitchen operate with ‘live’ recordings been telecast from the kitchen to big screens in the ballroom.

Proceeds from this dinner will go towards our scholarship fund for underprivileged students in Bali.

The goal of the organization is to create, maintain and improve professional standards of chefs, highlighting and encouraging new and needed skills, facilitating new ideas and exposing Balinese food and their craftsmen locally and overseas.
